If you have me with you right now or have just met me and want to go on an adventure with me, our journey can begin right now.
You don’t have to plan a big trip for this. Above all, I want to get to know your world—and that can be anywhere.
Maybe you’ll take me on vacation with you, show me your hometown, visit a special place with me, or let me be part of a festival, celebration, or tradition. Even if you think it’s not exciting enough—for me, everything is new and exciting!
You decide what adventure we’ll experience together!
What’s in my backpack?
My backpack is small, but it serves an important purpose: It accompanies me on my journey and helps you learn more about me and my adventure. Plus, it’s my only personal luggage—I definitely don’t want to lose it!
Inside the backpack, you’ll find everything you need to know about me and my journey—and, of course, a little signpost pointing back to my website.

Capture Our Adventures
During our time together, I’d love to see a few photos or videos. It would be best for me if you took them in portrait orientation.
You don’t have to be a professional photographer—a quick snapshot is more than enough.
- Show me during our adventure, at special places, or just in the middle of the action.
- Photos and videos that show where we are and what we’ve experienced together are especially nice.
- And of course, I’d love a photo of you and me together!
- If I’ve traveled with children, I’d also love photos of us together. I’ll keep those in my very own personal travel photo album, though.
Tell me about our adventure
After our trip together, Caro (she’s the one behind all this) naturally wants to know what we experienced. Send her your best photos and short videos and tell her a little about our trip.
Here’s what Caro wants to know:
- Where were we, or where are we?
- Who was I traveling with?
- When did our trip or adventure take place?
- What did we experience?
- Was there a special moment you associate with me?
You don’t have to write a long text. A few sentences or short stories are more than enough. It would be best if you could clearly indicate which photo goes with which story and which location.
If you enjoy writing, you can also send Caro a long travelogue—she’ll be happy to hear about what I’ve experienced. You can also write from my (Fussels) perspective: “Today I was in…”
Would you like to be tagged on Instagram when I share stories about our trip? Then feel free to include your Instagram username as well.
Language
Since I want to travel all over the world, I’m sharing my adventures in English. If you’d like to write to Caro about our story, you can write to her in English or German.

When you send me photos, I assume that you agree to let me publish them on Fussels’ Instagram account, WhatsApp channel, and this website. Please only send me photos for which you hold the necessary rights and where the people pictured have given their consent to publication. I do not publish photos featuring children. If you send me photos to show what Fussel is up to, but I’m not supposed to or allowed to post them, please let me know. I’d also love to see some photos for Fussel’s personal travel journal.
